Helmet Replacement Policy

Ovation Riding Helmet Return

If you have an Ovation helmet that was involved in an accident, you may be eligible to purchase a new helmet at a reduced-price.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Check the date of purchase of your helmet. The replacement policy is only valid for up to 3 years after purchase. Check the model and item number of your helmet. Some models are discontinued and cannot be replaced. You will need to choose another model to replace your helmet.
  2. Fill out the Return Authorization Form and return it with your helmet. If you cannot print the form, please call 1-866-569-1600 and we will send one to you or contact your retailer for a form.
  3. Return the damaged helmet freight pre-paid. Return a copy of your dated sales receipt. Include a signed and dated letter describing the accident in as much detail as possible.
  4. Once we receive your helmet, we will send you a reduced-price replacement of the same or similar model. Please note that this policy only applies to helmets purchased in the United
    States. International customers must contact the store where the helmet was purchased.

SOMEONE MUST BE AVAILABLE AT THAT ADDRESS TO SIGN FOR YOUR HELMET.
