RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We certainly understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. To start a return or exchange on an item purchased at Ovationriding.com, please review the below policy and follow the instructions provided.
Return & Exchange Period:
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange of your product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Return & Exchange Fees:
Online exchange orders are free. For returns, when using our prepaid shipping label, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship via a carrier of your choice, payment for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any damages caused by the customer.
- Items must be returned with Ovation tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable equivalent to protect the product during transit.
Upon receipt of your return, will inspect all items to ensure they meet the above requirements. If your return is received without meeting these criteria, a refund may not be issued, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment or return of the item to you at your expense.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you have an item you would like to return within the 30-days of your original purchase, visit our Return & Exchange Center to start the process.
You will need the email address associated with your purchase and the order number. Once you initiate your return through our Returns & Exchange Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process.
Please note: unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping charges incurred for the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer. When using our prepaid label $10 will be deducted from your refund.
We offer free exchanges of an items within the 30-days of your original purchase.
