Ovation Riding offers free ground shipping on orders over $125 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $125, the shipping cost is $9.95. We also offer expedited shipping options, such as 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, for an additional fee.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also log in to your account and view your order history and status.

Ovation Riding wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in new, unused, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You can initiate a return or exchange by filling out this Return Form and following the instructions on it.
