Our Shipping Policy:
Our goal is to get your Ovation® order shipped as soon as possible which is why we make every effort to process your order quickly. We do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders that are placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. We offer free USPS Standard Ground shipping on qualified orders $50.00 and up shipped to the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available to Canada, Mexico, Germany, Greece, Italy and Spain. International shipments are not eligible for any promotional shipping rates.
Shipping Options & Rates:
Our free shipping offer applies to qualified orders over $50 and are shipped via USPS standard ground to addresses in the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping location, total weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method of your order. Our available shipping methods include USPS Ground, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-day, FedEx Next Day. International shipping methods include FedEx International Ground and FedEx International Priority.
We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster.
- Ground and Priority orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- Expedited orders should be placed by 12:00 PM ET for quickest delivery.
- Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- All "Delivery by" dates published at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Fed Ex expedited options may not be available in all areas.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. This is calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to completing your purchase.
Where we Ship:
We currently ship to addresses and P.O. Boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Germany, Greece, Italy and Spain.
Holiday Shipping:
Order by these dates at 12PM EST with the corresponding shipping methods to receive your gifts and products on time:
- Ground Economy (FedEx): Dec. 13th
- Ground Advantage (FedEx): Dec. 15th
- Expedited (FedEx): Dec. 20th
- Overnight (FedEx): Dec. 21st
Shipping Holidays:
Our warehouse will not be shipping on the following dates in 2026. Any order placed during that period will be processed the following business day.
Thanksgiving Day - November 27, 2025
Christmas Day - December 25, 2026
New Year’s Day - January 1, 2027
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to track the status of your order.
