Made of 1200D waterproof/breathable ripstop poly, printed nylon lining, modified mid neck with flex gusset to prevent rubbing, dee rings for optional neck cover attachment, Exceler snap front closure, criss-cross surcingles, reflective piping, large umbrella tail flap, neoprene padded adjustable elastic leg straps. The turnout has no additional fiberfill.
