The role

We are currently
seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and
represent our portfolio of well-established equestrian brands. The individual
will report to the Company’s Director of Operations and will manage all
Customer Service inquiries both digital and by phone for the ERS Family of
Brands.  This role can be remote,
in-person or hybrid.

 

Key responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will join our existing Customer Service Team, supporting our
Retailers via email, phone and chat communication.  They will have their customer interactions
regularly audited and will be held accountable to timely and accurate
communications. We’re looking for a team player who is excited about the English
riding discipline or other equine sports and who has a passion for top notch
customer service.

  • Responds to all customer inquiries from the website, including email, contact form, chat and telephone.
  • Monitors Gorgias communication platform and insures a timely response in all channels.
  • Responsible for the management and service of all account in their assigned geographical territory.
  • Keeps the Director of Operations apprised of any customer service escalated complaints or issues.
  • Works hand-in-hand with our in-house Customer Service Team and Outside Sales Team to make sure all channels of Customer Service are properly managed and covered.
  • Reports out on customer service trends as requested by the Director of Operations.
  • Assists on Order Entry both within their territory and as the greater business needs require.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly motivated, self-starter who has attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder; internal and external.
  • Experience with equestrian product, both English and Western
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Experience with SAGE100 ERP and Shopify is a plus

This role may be completely remote for the right candidate.
