Love my Ovation boots! They fit me like custom and have held up great for the year that I have had them so far. I noticed comments about zippers, so I pay special attention to make sure that the zipper stays clean and lubed. I haven’t had an issue so I guess what I’m doing works. I ride 4x per week and with a good wipe down and polish, my boots look good enough for the show ring.

Boots are very comfortable, and do not require any break in time. I too am very disappointed with the quality of the zipper as it broke just after a few times of wearing them in the show ring.

I purchased these boots and showed three classes in them, I had the worst blisters of my life on the backs of my ankles I could barley walk let alone put these back on and continue showing the remainder of the weekend. I then attempted to break these boots in by wearing thick or multiple pairs of socks and bandaids on my heels but again recieved HORRIBLE blisters. I stored my boots for the winter in a clean boot bag only to find that the button had falen off at some point. I really enjoy the look of these boots and they fit me great but for some reason the heels and the quality are lacking. I would not recommend these boots as they are lovingly refered to the devils footwear by my peers at the barn .

These boots are very comfortable and break in very well! Durable for only the once a week rider. I ride 5-6 days a week and the Sport Flex didn’t hold up as long as I hoped. If you are limited getting out to the barn, these boots are for you!
